Excellent interaction and very efficient processing!

Staff is unresponsive to requests for medication refills. Despite repeated calls to the office and requests from the pharmacy over a two week period, Dr. Banks’ office failed to send in a refill and never contacted the patient regarding same. They have also cancelled prescription medications with our pharmacy but never notified us that the medication in question was no longer needed - had to find out from the pharmacist when we went to get the refill.
You are met with a smile and a helping hand from the time you enter the office compassion is shown for all who enter their doors.
This was an awesome experience. She listened to what I said. She made me son comfortable with laughing and joking with me. I would most definitely recommend her.
