Poor quality product and poor customer service. Look into other grills as KJ have big manufacturing quality issues that they refuse to fix. Just take a look at the picture I posted... The material that the vents are made of will flake off and onto your food while you cook. Every vent I claimed under warranty had the same issue. They literally disabled the phone customer support. Only way to contact them is by email. That email is not responding or resolving my problem with my grill because "I haven't registered" but I have. A real person would fix it but I get no response instead.
