I took my Nissan in for repair and had a warranty we purchased from the Nissan dealer we bought the car from. The warranty company approved $2200 of payment and Kamaaina told me I owed over $3000. Come to find out they are charging way over MSRP for Nissan published parts rates. I asked if they could work with me to honor the Nissan rates .The manager informed me they mark up their parts 30% and do not let the customer dictate rates to them, but admitted had it been a different warranty company that they generally work with ... read more
