Chuck at kama'aina motor gave me an amazing deal. I had looked far and wide for just the right vehicle for my budget and needs and he was the only one that helped me get what I needed in a timely fashion. I appreciate the the extra trouble he went to in order to accommodate me. Chuck has made me look at car dealers in a new and better way and I recommend him and kama'aina motors highly.
WORST Repair shop EVER! They are clueless, rude, treat you like you are stupid and will Rip you off!!! Read reviews online and find a trustworthy, knowledgeable shop... They charged me $120 and quoted me, saying my truck needed upwards to $5000 in repairs and all I actually needed was a $200 part that took 5 minutes to install! EVERY part they said needed to be replaced was perfectly good! My truck runs perfect now after installing a new TCM, which I told them was what was wrong from the minute I first went to them!
Their moto, "Car People Who Care", is a complete joke. These guys do not stand behind the cars they sell and will squeeze you for every penny they can get out of you. After buying a used car with extremely low miles, the clutch and one of the rear calipers already needed to be replaced after 1 week. Within the first 3 months, the car was in the shop for 9 weeks for engine and electrical problems.
