The experience was atrocious from start to finish. Every step of the process was disappointing, making it one of the worst experiences I’ve had.
Kam Roofing did a great job! They communicated the whole process to when they were going to drop off dumpster and material to when they would start work and they showed up!! They got there roof permit and inspections with Pinellas County which included the replacement of some decking, dryin and final inspection.
KAM Roofing did a superb job. They were so easy to work with and not satisfied until everything was done right. We got KAMs info from a friend who WISHED she would have used them. Kyle was in no hurry when he looked at the job, answering every question. Jesus, the project manager, showed us why we needed extra carpentry work and his estimate was only $10 off when the additional materials and labor were added up. My estimator, Dan, was first class and thoroughly explained my options. My roof replacement was on time, the job site was perfectly cleaned every day, and the crew was very respectful.
