Provider onlt gives 90 day preacriptios and requires appointment for any refill request. Medications that I have been on for over a year, through same pharmacy, and even if I saw him 5 days before, I was requires to go in person. Staff incorrectly called these prescriptions a controlled substance - none of the prescriptions I have needed are controlled substances, according to pharmacist. Office is either being overly cautious or making sure they can bill for everything by making routine requests an interaction.
Absolutely excellent experience with this doctor’s office. They respond promptly, making it easy to get appointments without long delays. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to provide clear, thorough care. I also really appreciate how seamless the process is for completing health records and forms, it’s efficient and stress free. Overall, a truly outstanding practice. 10/10 highly recommend!
