The selection is okay, most of the items look like they came off of Wish. It doesn't look clean. The windows are grimey so you can't really see the jewelry. The sales associate there could not be bothered to answer any questions or recommendations,extremely rude! I only made a purchase here because I needed a piece ASAP. These pieces are overpriced as well. They should be like $4.99 not $12
Do not shop here. They do not give refunds or store credit. I purchased a total of 4 studs. 2 for each earlobe. The manager gave me the wrong sizes, and I came back to the shop to ask for store credit, and they offered me 10% off. This shop is a joke. TERRIBLE customer service AND their manager has no idea what she's doing. Do not waste your time or money here.
I have never gotten a piece of jewelry that was this low in quality in my entire life. When I tried to explain they blew me off. These kinds of businesses that run this way need to be eradicated. BEWARE go to Claire’s if you have to Woke up 2 months later with a second piece of jewelry to find it BROKE OFF. Trash jewelry. Save yourself go to Walmart or literally anywhere else.
