Dr. Kalyani and his staff are truly amazing. I’ve been dealing with dry eye on and off for years, and Dr. Kalyani was able to fit me in and recommend punctal plugs, which helped immensely. I’m so grateful for the care and attention I received. Fresh Smiles is always a wonderful experience, and it’s the reason I keep coming back every time.
Dr. Kim is truly outstanding. She has such a genuine way of caring for her patients and she explains everything so clearly that you always feel informed and comfortable. When I developed an issue that could have been easy to miss, she caught it right away and guided me through treatment with so much patience and reassurance. Found Kalyani Eye Care through word of mouth and was highly impressed the with the timeliness of the appointment. I saw Dr. Kim where she explained everything step by step. Dr. Kalyani also came in and examined me as well since I have a cornea issue. The technician that took me back was pleasant and knowledgeable, front desk staff was friendly and assisted forms. I would highly recommend this office. Great experience!
I just spent 20 minutes on the phone with this office. In the end, the person tried to make me an appointment with their optometrist for my medical condition. We all know, an ophthalmologist is vastly more educated and qualified for our eye needs. Her statement was, "Dr. Kalyani is booked up this month, but the optometrist is qualified for your medical needs." I'll pass. I was a 1st time patient here on 4/7/21. I have to say I was very impressed with the decor and modern appeal of the office. It had a very clean organized appearance. I observed there was one receptionist on the phone when I entered. I didn't get any enthustiactic inviting welcome from her at all. I didn't catch her name, but I believe she was caucasion or another nationality. I was asked for my insurance card & I.D after her phone call.
