First and foremost I can’t say enough good things about Ben and his training. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to personal training techniques and diet! I’m super picky about hiring a personal trainer or taking fitness tips from any random person. Ben not only gives you advice but he loves it he is in impeccable shape! Working with Ben and his team at Kalvary Fitness has been absolutely amazing.
