Dr Kalvakota has been great I went to the Cleveland clinic spent 4 hours driving there so they could see me for 15 minutes tell me what I already knew which was I have Peyronie's and that there was no cure wow what a let down then I went to Columbus to OSU another totally wasted trip and time I was so discouraged I can't even explain it thank God I tried one more time with Dr Kalvakota from the first visit I was on track he clearly explained every question I had it's truly a blessing to see him
Extremely disappointed. Very poor customer service. Staff and doctors are unwilling to assist with insurance required documentations/forms. Staff do not return nurse line phone calls and messages left by patient, numerous repeated phone calls required.
I have been seeing Dr. Kalvakota for over 20 years. I have diabetes which causes ED, he has been very helpful in helping to educate me and overcome this. He is educated in all of the state of the art procedures and medications. He goes out of his way to ensure I understand what I need to know and he makes sure I am always comfortable with the decision we make together. I will continue to see him and would recommend him to anyone that needs a urologist.
I met Dr. Kalvakota in 2004 in Kettering Hospital. He was assigned to my care to correct a complication from a hysterectomy. He is very compassionate and knowledgeable in urological issues. He takes the time to explain the situation, the options to correct or treat the issue and to make sure you understand. Knowing you are going to a doctor who wants to ensures his patients understand and takes the time to explain; waiting 30 minutes to see him is definitely worth the wait.
He is quick, to the point and very personable.
