The staff is not helpful, the service takes forever to process and follow up with referrals, not happy with the staff.
The entire office may have been having a bad day, BUT, I would avoid unless you catch them on a good day. The nurse attempted to give our one-year-old a hemoglobin test by drawing blood and sticking the needle in her vein. It didn't work. She kept forcing it as our baby was crying and in pain for way too long. The nurse refused to call it quits and was getting frustrated at us for not holding our baby still. Very unprofessional staff. You really have to let my 2yo daughter and wife wait for 2hrs 20mins just to be seen by the doctor. You could have just said come by the end of the day.
The doctor is great but she should really direct her Unprofessional receptionists to not act as a medical healthcare professionals and give diagnosis over the phone. My 3 year old doctor was suffering in pain and they decide that it’s not important to schedule an appointment because one of us had Covid. This isn’t the first time I’m extremely disappointed in this office and I’ll be seeking a different healthcare professional I recommend anyone else to do the same
I am writing this because I think this office is very unprofessional and I am super upset. I made an appointment more than 2 months ago to bring my kids in for their annual check up. I just happened to call a few moments before leaving to ask a question about parking and to make sure they had us confirmed. Well, I'm glad I did, because they did NOT have us on the schedule.
