Dr Kalu is very helpful and takes her time to explain everything

Very unprofessional staff. You really have to let my 2yo daughter and wife wait for 2hrs 20mins just to be seen by the doctor. You could have just said come by the end of the day.
The doctor is great but she should really direct her Unprofessional receptionists to not act as a medical healthcare professionals and give diagnosis over the phone. My 3 year old doctor was suffering in pain and they decide that it’s not important to schedule an appointment because one of us had Covid. This isn’t the first time I’m extremely disappointed in this office and I’ll be seeking a different healthcare professional I recommend anyone else to do the same
