Worst experience I’ve had working with an another trade. It’s sad too because they seemed very promising and like a great company to work with but through the process they really dropped the ball. The project was the beginning of a radiant heat system which in its initial phases only needed a manual j calculation in order to determine the scope of the project. Great guys who went above and beyond. I highly recommend their duct cleaning service. I will have them back in late spring for HVAC maintenance.
I am disappointed with kaltec in 2020 I wanted to update my h-vac sistum and I looked for a local company to do the work the guy came out and said he was kale from kaltec he gave me a quet told me about the extended warranty and payment plans I agree got the 10 year warranty 1yr later I had a problem with the water heater called before they looked up my contract started telling me I was out of warranty I had to tell them I had the 10yr warranty they replaced it here we are 5yrs later I'm having another problem with the water... read more
