They sent out a gentleman named Amir twice to diagnose and then follow up on our A/C issue. I dealt with him one-on-one, as did my fiancé, and he was great each time. Helpful and efficient, and the rates they charged us were very reasonable. Home repairs suck but they made it pretty painless, thanks!
Don't waste your time. Find another company. Called for furnace certification/inspection was quoted $189 and set the appointment for 9am. Technician no-call-no-showed. They called after 11am and asked to reschedule, but said that it would be $199 instead (tried to up-charge me $10 after wasting my time and missing the appointment). Used the old "glitch in the system"/"recently updated pricing in the system" BS excuse. I got them to agree to the original $189 and rescheduled for 8am. Worst experience I’ve had working with an another trade. It’s sad too because they seemed very promising and like a great company to work with but through the process they really dropped the ball. The project was the beginning of a radiant heat system which in its initial phases only needed a manual j calculation in order to determine the scope of the project.
