Don't waste your time. Find another company. Called for furnace certification/inspection was quoted $189 and set the appointment for 9am. Technician no-call-no-showed. They called after 11am and asked to reschedule, but said that it would be $199 instead (tried to up-charge me $10 after wasting my time and missing the appointment). Used the old "glitch in the system"/"recently updated pricing in the system" BS excuse. I got them to agree to the original $189 and rescheduled for 8am. Worst experience I’ve had working with an another trade. It’s sad too because they seemed very promising and like a great company to work with but through the process they really dropped the ball. The project was the beginning of a radiant heat system which in its initial phases only needed a manual j calculation in order to determine the scope of the project. A tech was sent out shortly after talking on the phone and after taking measurements said I would be contacted by kaltec in the next two hours as well as an email sent... read more

Great guys who went above and beyond. I highly recommend their duct cleaning service. I will have them back in late spring for HVAC maintenance.
