Had an issue with my cart this weekend (rear hub locked up)...called Chris and they came out Saturday morning and picked it up. They did everything within their power to get it back to me on Saturday (which would've been a miracle) but due to circumstances beyond their control it wasn't possible...HOWEVER...Chris did call me on Sunday morning (Easter Sunday) and they delivered my cart to me on Sunday. Friendly customer service is top notch as we recently took our cart in for service and he got it back to us in a timely manner. Kris and Jessica and all of their fabulous employees quickly repaired my old but faithful golfcart. They are more than fair, willing to go that extra mile and really care about satisfying the customer.
