The office staff & nurse were very good. Dr. Patel show me the CT scan & where the kidney stones were & told me what my best action is. What stopped the 5☆ rating was that Dr. Patel needs to take a little more time explaining things like how much time I'll miss at work, & is there a 2nd option. Just 5 more minutes & it would be a 5☆ rating
Doctor Patel is a fine doctor who quickly gained my confidence.
Check-in was easy online. The staff person at the desk commended me on using on-line check-in. Since this was my first time at this location, there were a few details to cover but this was done with a one-page set of questions. Call back was prompt and the nurse asked my symptoms and listened carefully to my explanation. Dr. Patel came in shortly and listened to my description, answered my questions and explained how he was going to proceed with my case.
