My surgery was a very positive experience. Dr Patal made me feel very comfortable with my procedure and what to expect during recovery. From my first visit with Dr Patal to my end result I could not ask for more. Great experience !
I was very nervous about my procedure. I was unsure about what to expect. The nurse was great, made me feel so comfortable and answered all of my questions. Wait time was very short. Dr. Patel came in and explained everything. The procedure went great. He listened to my concerns and we discussed further treatments and options. Thank you Dr. Patel
I had a fantastic experience today at the Georgia Urology outpatient surgery center in Braselton I was very anxious about the procedure, yet actually ended up having a good experience. The entire staff worked well together and put me at ease. Dr. Patel is what everyone, I believe, wished their doctor was like…a skilled knowledgeable physician with the demeanor of a regular guy.
I really like Dr. Patel, he is knowledgeable, caring, and I trust the medical care I receive. However, it is nearly impossible to get in touch with someone at the office. Every time I call, I can never get through to a person, and it becomes extremely frustrating when you’re just trying to take care of your health. There has to be a better system in place to reach the staff. The doctor deserves five stars, but the frustration with reaching the office is unacceptable.
Dr Patel was very nice and thorough with my examination. He listened to my issues and prescribed a solution which has worked very well for. I highly recommend Dr Patel.
