Worst attorney on the planet i had to fire him and hire a new attorney because not only did he missed a court date and and almost caused me to get a bench warrant, when they rescheduled the court date he was 45 minutes late. On top of that there were multiple times he would rage on the phone from me asking questions. He has a very know it all type personality. And does not take inconsideration your feelings at all. Questionable integrity & practices. Still waiting on answers for my loved ones.
Mr. Shah had less than a weeks notice to prepare for my case that was going to trial. I was sitting on 3 misdemeanors and 3 felonies he managed to get motions put into place to extend the time we had for the case. Within that time frame we manage to get another motion hearing put into place which lead to the dismissal of all my felonies. Mr.Shah was very professional and to the point about everything.
