Has 3 stars for a reason. The office barely answers the phone. I had an appointment for 8:30 AM and she didn’t come until 9:03 AM and didn’t even apologize. The office next to her said she always comes in late. She is nonchalant and dismissive and I genuinely never felt like she had my best interest at heart. You should definitely look for someone else to spend your money with.

Dr. Kaloyanova is one of the best doctors I have been to! When all other physicians failed to investigate my symptoms further when I knew something was wrong, she kept searching until we figured it out. Sure she may have a tough love approach sometimes, but that’s what I like about her. You can tell she’s passionate about helping others and getting to the bottom of things.
