I happened to get Tyler as my sales rep and he was just extremely professional and knowledgeable in everything he presented to us . I got 4 proposals to replace my 14 year old heat pump, since the compressor died with the help of a baby snake that wrapped itself around the contracts of the capacitor. Last Thursday, after 16 years, my a/c sprung a Freon leak which was not repairable. I first called Del-Air, who couldn't come out until the following Monday. I then called Kalos (first time customer), who promptly sent a service technician out at 9pm. I agreed to install a new unit following the addition of Freon. They were able to come out the next Tuesday (6/25) for installation. I'm glad they did because the Freon they added on 6/20 had run out.
