From the estimate to the final installation Brian answered all of our questions and offered the best price quoted by various contractors. Sat around all day for the 4hr service window for them not to call or show. Then when I called about it I was mysteriously no longer in their system after speaking to them just 24hrs ago and confirming my appointment. Guess what hvac company I won't be recommending to my clients, Kalos! Update: They called and attempted to make this right. But I have already moved on to a different company.
