It was my first time here and Carolyn did an excellent job explaining exactly what was happening, making sure I understood all of my options and choices, and making it an overall pleasant experience. There was some confusion at the front desk about my requests for the day but once I arrived they got me squared away.
Jennifer always does a wonderful job. She is very skilled and experienced so coming to her is always a great experience.
