Bing in a remote location I contacted Kalora in the morning and by mid afternoon I have had it all sorted Great service

I have read through the reviews and can see positive and negative. For me i have had this heater for 5 weeks now while i feel its heats capacity is good ( but a wood heater is as good as the wood you are using) Sadly from day one it has made a loud banging noise I went back to the store i bought it from and they are corresponding with Kalora as they refuse to cc me in on emails. Im now told it is still settling in and wait another week. I feel like I'm being fogged off why can you not pay for the installer to return and chec... read more
Great service and advice from Nicholas. Would recommend.
Heater is efficient but fan is too loud, would recommend a change in design or a slower fan.
