The fire is ten years old first problem we have had in that time and only took 10 mins to fix. The help Ineeded was only a keyboard away great fire and would buy again if had to. Keeps the joint warm in winter and looks great thanks guys and keep up the good work cheers Kevin mack

I have read through the reviews and can see positive and negative. For me i have had this heater for 5 weeks now while i feel its heats capacity is good ( but a wood heater is as good as the wood you are using) Sadly from day one it has made a loud banging noise I went back to the store i bought it from and they are corresponding with Kalora as they refuse to cc me in on emails.
