I’m love going to Kaiser. They are mostly on time for their scheduled appointments. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I was very disappointed with the service that I received from Dr Collins on my last visit. I’m used to the doctors at Kaiser listening to me. Dr. Collins had already made up his mind and disregarded anything that I had to say. Needless to say, he will no longer be treating me.
Dr. Collins was very easy to communicate with. I appreciate his medical attentiveness to me as an individual with overlapping health conditions.
