I bought my mom a hair spa day here for her birthday and was very disappointed when she came back home and told me about many things they did not do even though it was said to be included in the session. Not only did she not get the water halo, but she also didn't receive a neck massage, the ice rollers, or the jade mask. She also didn't receive the blowout and style which is all said to be included in the 60 minute head spa treatment. I am really upset that I so much money and the service wasn't up to the standards

Love this salon! Reagan is amazing and gets my hair color and cut perfect every time. She listens to what I am looking for and is the sweetest!

I had my first appointment with Reagan today, and I can honestly say she gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. She listened, understood exactly what would work for me, and absolutely nailed it. What made the experience even more meaningful was learning that Reagan was also the person who helped resolve a scheduling issue for me yesterday and accommodated me so I could feel taken care of heading into Mother’s Day weekend. I have been coming to Reagan for a while now and every time I come it is always the best service. As soon as I started coming here I haven’t wanted to go anywhere else. She makes the service so welcoming and inviting with her bubbly personality. My hair always looks amazing when she is finished no matter what it looked like when I first came into the salon.
