We had the absolute BEST experience with Emma at Kalon Bridal Studio! She made the bride feel like she was the only girl there & you could tell she really wanted her to find the dress that made her feel special. They went out of their way to help accommodate a scheduling situation that was beyond our control, when the MOH’s flight was delayed for the original time scheduled to pick “the dress”. We greatly appreciated that approach!
I recently inquired about a dress from Kalon and was beyond pleased with the professionalism and quick turnaround from the Kalon Bridal team. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend them. Although I ultimately decided to go in a different direction, they were incredibly kind and made it clear they would always be there to help if I needed anything.
