The lady who set up my appointment was extremely nice and understanding. When I walked in there, there was another lady who was standing there who quoted me a completely different price. I was told I had a consultancy but she didn't seem to care. She didn't answer any questions the way she was suppose to infact my consultancy was at the reception counter standing there for two min also not even with a doctor but with the same lady.
Had a $100 gift certificate that I found from 2 years ago; thought I lost in flood but then discovered amongst my papers. Made appointment, drove out to sugarland from meyerland and when they saw the certificate told me they wouldn't honor it and ripped it up in front of me. Didn't even try to offer me discounted service just to try to get my business. Just said we can't do this for free and basically just goodbye. Simply awful customer service. Very rude and hope the owner is made aware

They recommended me to try elta MD UV lotion SPF30+ and iS SPF 25 Treatment sunscreen. Excellent suggestions! After I tried so many products in the market, I love these two products. Both of them have good coverage and are neither oily nor too dry. Most other products (Kiehl's, Shiseido, Aveeno, Neutrogena, etc.) I tried were causing my skin to have acne, oily/sticky feeling and the smell of them irritated my eyes. I suggest to try their recommendation.
