My experience with this agency has been a challenge to say the least, incidents reported to staff were regar3ded as inconsequential and frivolous. Homemaker helped themselves to my cooked meals, prepared food with gloves used in the bathroom, removed personal hygiene, grooming, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, the final straw was breaking my self wringing mop so I thought, I have now been charged $169 to replace my bathroom sink which was the result of aide cleaning i and leaving a 9 inch triangular hole.
we had a very nice experience with Kalmia Home Care Agency. The aids that came out were very nice. I hope to not need home care again but if I do, I will give Anna-Kay a call. She was just awesome to work with and very accommodating for my in laws. Thank you for taking such great care of George & Pat.
I have not used Kalmia HomeCare, but I can heartily endorse owner AnnaKay. In addition to running her business, she volunteers her time helping people like me navigate the jungle of Medicare and supplemental insurance. She is very knowledgeable and I look forward to working with her in the future.
