I needed to move to Laurel for a position with the state. Met John Chancellor promptly to view an apartment. I had several other things going on and was allowed to go ahead and move in. I informed Mr. Chancellor I was not sure how long I would be there. Seven months passed and I needed to move out. He approved the move and I moved out. These apartments are well managed. They are in good condition and feel very safe. The people working there do a great job of helping the residents with whatever the need may be. My parents have been living in these apartments for over a year and they really enjoy it. The swimming pools are nice and the atmosphere is quiet yet they do allow families to come enjoy the pools during the summer. I like the way the landscaping is done especially by the salt water pool.
