Very personable, but somewhat sloppy work. (THIS POST IS ABOUT CUE REPAIR, NOT CARPETS) These guys have a great showroom for anyone looking for darts or cues, they had my exact tip I needed for my shaft. And even did it the same day, although I do have one thing that bummed me out a little. Like I said, the service was fast and the tip looks great after install, but when I received my shaft after the re-tipping there was a scratch in the carbon fiber.
