I was shopping around for an apartment for my Uncle who is a senior and looking for an all bills paid unit. I called just for a general question regarding offering and price as the internet shows they offer 1 bedroom plans with all utilities included. The phone was answered by someone named Gabrielle. Beautiful apartments…lived here for about 2years but every night there is a tow company here taking cars one after another people coming out like where the hell my car go very sad , every visitor needs a tag on their car or your car will get towed / pool is very small parents never watching their kids / it’s very bright light here in the dark and they still have the audacity to break into my car already over 10 times !!! broke my my window ,stole my license plate&&tried to steal my car on multiple occasions and im out thousa... read more

I’m not one to post a review but I love my Kallison Ranch apartment!! The staff has been awesome from the start! Thank you the most to Ricardo, Alyssa and Brandy!!! They are so, so understanding and work with you! Anytime we’ve ever needed anything it has been met with great expectations!! I am a two year tenant and looking to renew for a third year 🙌🏽
