Because he is dishonest, did not fufill his duties of being an attorney. Pretty sure he got paid in full by my sis who owes me money on my father estate and Charles claiming he has not had any contact with her I find that very hard to believe that your the attorney on the estate but have no control over the money that my father had in checking acct that she cleaned out also all the assets she did not claim she took my father car..his coin collection. We used two other real estate attorneys in the past and were more concerned at getting paid and moving to the next client. We don't need to pay $200 per hour and have an attorney just fill out paperwork. We need advice. Mr. Kallemeyn listened to us, and gave us the necessary advice.
