Disapointed A nice salon feel. I have tried this salon a few times, and neither time walked out with a super positive experience, The front desk staff was rude, I felt that the two stylists I saw, neither listened to my wishes and both times I walked out with a haircut that was just ok, not great. For the price, I expected great and was a bit disapointed.
Pleasantly Surprised I just went to Kalla Lily salon for a hair appointment for the first time. It was great! I asked for a new hair do and I got it. I left the salon feeling beautiful. Everyone was very professional and nice. I feel that the prices are worth it. Like they say, you get what you pay for. I will be back!
NEVER WILL I GO BACK HERE I went to this salon to see the nail tech Annie, and she did a fantastic job. I had never had such and educational and caring nail tech before ( ihave been getting my nails done for years at different salons) She was the best, and the only reason why I kept going. The receptionist were very rude, and the managment and owners seemed very fake and insincere. HORRIBLE DO NOT GO THERE!!! Receptionist are gossipy talkin bad about clients especially the old one!! They all seem to fake being nice especially KIMM!! Got hair done and they offered to fix it and it turned out worse!! I had to get it done by REAL PROFESSIONALS somewhere else!! I also got a message confirming someone elses appointment GET YOUR STUFF STRAIGHT!! HORRIBLE STAFF AND SERVICE!! DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!
very disappointing From beginning to end this was quite possibly my worst experience in a salon. I was not greeted when I arrived. I had to wait for well over 20 minutes for Tammy to finally get to me. She was rude, not suggestive of new ideas and acted quite irritated that I would even ask for a suggestion. She obviously had better things to do than to do her job. Not to mention she was waaaaaaaaaay over priced. She also should learn to smile. When I went to leave I was rushed right out the door. I will NEVER EVER be back.
A Caring Place on the Cutting Edge Karrins is located across from the Target in Maple Grove. Their end goal is to have happy, satisfied customers. This is a full service salon offering hair services, as well as, nails, waxing, facials, massage, etc. They are detail oriented and service is their forte'.
Karrins Salon I have had my hair done at Karrins for quite a few years now. I have a hair cut and color job every five weeks. I have the same stylist every time and love my hair everytime. My cut never varies and the color is the very same unless I ask for a change. The stylists are very professional but very friendly and helpful.
