I called in for a special they were running for a massage (I was a first-time client) for $50 and booked in for less than a week after my call. My massage therapist seemed very new and did not provide a good experience in any way. I went to check-out and they charged me $75 saying that the special I was referring to was only valid last month. It was a very bait and switch scenario and I will never go to this establishment again with so many other better quality establishments in the area.

I always get treated great when I get my haircut. The staff is very friendly and the stylist are all very professional.

All I can say is take a picture of EXACTLY what you want or you'll end up getting something completely opposite. And make sure you tell the stylist NOT to text your eyes the heck out of your hair or you'll end up with nothing left like I did.

I've seen Nicolette for a color and cut for the last year and every time I'm more and more impressed then the last. she's truly amazing!
I had the best massage that I've ever had from Sarah yesterday. She found all my sore spots right away and I didn't leave wishing she'd worked them out better like I have after other massages that I've had. She was amazing! I also had a facial by Maureen and my skin is all smooth and glowey :-) Thank you for my spa day Kalla Lily!
Nice people, my 2nd visit, I wasn't impressed with stylist, was rushed and did not do my color as I requested.

Robyn Cruikshank did a wonderful job squeezing me in for a last minute appointment for a cut and color. She did a great job consulting with me about the condition of my hair because it had been six months since my last hair color. Looking forward to a new fresh hair color and fresh hair cut and always great to catch up with Robyn too!!! I highly recommend you making appointment to have her give you a fresh new look for the holidays!!!
