Jackie is amazing!! She's been doing my hair for 3 years now and I've NEVER left disappointed. She now does my daughter's hair, and she's a picky teenager, and she delivers!
Ok I had to share my amazing haircut experience. We have lived in Maple Grove for almost 4 years now and I still hadn't found someone I liked going to until today! (Maybe that's why the last time I cut my hair was literally a year ago! �) But I absolutely loved my experience at Kalla Lily Salon Spa in Medina with Jackie! She did an amazing job on my hair and was so much fun to chat with while I was there! I could have stayed there all day! Thanks Jackie!!
Shelby was awesome yesterday, they got me in last min. She actually listened, and heard what I was asking for. Usually on a Saturday, you can tell the stylists are in a hurry to end their shift. I didn't feel rushed at all. Not only did she cut the least amount off my length as possible she ALSO got my hair to hold a curl, using a flat iron. The curl held all night! I'll be rebooking with Shelby for sure!!
I have NEVER had such a great experience. Courtney did my brows; tint and wax... and for the first time ever, I didn't walk away from a waxing looking like I got beat up! Very little redness. No swelling or irritation. She was methodical and meticulous and the results were perfect. Kendra did my hair and I had thrown her a curve ball and changed my mind last minute on what I wanted. Kendra did an amazing job on my hair today. I wanted to get back closer to my natural color but still cover my glitter strands (grays!) She NAILED the color! When I walked in I had no clue what kind of cut I wanted, and walked out in LOVE with my long bob! Great texture and so fresh and light feeling! I will definitely be back to see Kendra again! Loved it!!
I had gone to another salon to get 3.5 inches taken off, layered, framed to my face, and thinned. I got home and my hair wasn't thinned or shaped to my face and I had shelves for "layers"!! It was horrible! I came in for Kendra to fix my hair and she did an amazing job! You would never guess I just had a horrible hair cut! Went in there telling her I trust her to make it look better and she definitely did that plus more! Definitely not going anywhere else from now on!!
