The ED department wants too act like they can treat you like a dog hold you in a room against you’re will! Tell you you have too set down even when you have reasons not too. Tell you you can’t stand behind them at the door even though you’re in there without the minors parent 🤦♂️ They just broke the law and Intraped me against my will. They wanna act like they have you detained on a traffic stop when they aren’t even cops.
Excellent service and care! From the moment we walked in until discharge we felt comfortable by everyone. Great job!
Everyone was super nice to me and got me in and out very quickly while still checking everything and making sure I was okay. Not to mention the room and building are very clean.
Maria the Physicians Assistant saved my life Saturday 30 May 2026 at 830 am. I went in because i was convinced i had a sinus infection. Maria the PA quickly assessed that i did not have a sinus infection but that something was wrong. She could have just let me leave but she did not. She had Tracey escort me to the emergency room on the other side of the clinic and she made it pretty clear that her instructions were non-negotiable because she could tell i was just going to go home. Kalkaska ER is the best in the area. They have consistently given us excellent care for years. Today my daughter had to come in for a stitch, and she left with a popsicle and a smile on her face. Easily the nicest doctors and nurses I have ever encountered. I don't care what their pay rate is now, but give them all a raise!
