I called my provider back as requested to give him an update on my condition and symptoms. The receptionist was nice compared to the woman who called me back, Marissa NP. She was rude, short-tempered, and dismissive, telling me that if I wanted my doctor to know anything or to receive a message, I had to fill her in first, and then she would decide whether to pass it along.
