The past manager was a train wreck but the district manager which conveniently is a live in manager at the next door apartment building got a really stellar manager in there who has been working very hard to catch up on all of the things that the last manager didn't do. She is working to create a community in the building by hosting game nights, coffee days, dinners and more. Neighbors where nice, district manager keeps things In check, unfortunately apartment manager is "learning" and let's feelings Interfer with work and Information is not kept private nor is apartment needs, liking fixing, is kept up.
