This place called to cancel an appointment I’ve been waiting for, 2 days before it due to staffing issues. how are you treating your staff if they quit within such short notice? not looking forward to interacting with them in person when i’m finally taken off their waiting list. let’s see if they actually call back because the rest of Logan Health system doesn’t! update: Mary called me the day after she canceled my appointment with no potential for rescheduling to come in for my sleep study. this is incredibly unprofessional... read more

The Logan sleep study center at 200 commons way dont have enough supples for a decent sleep study! AFTER i arrived i was told i wont be hooked up to a cpap( which i cronicaly need!!) because they only have 2 for the 4 patients attending that night!!! What the heck??? They could’ve asked me to bring mine!! This is the first place ive been to thats under supplied!! And it was sooo NOISEY!!! that it took me hours to fall asleep! Employees talking loud and laughing,doors and cabinets slamming!! I DONT RECOMEND THIS PLACE!! ☹️

I went for a sleep study only after I was told a sleep study was not nessessary. The in-lab study was terrible and I barely even slept. Results came back as severe, and later after retesting elsewhere were disproven. I do have sleep apnea, but not the complexity I was told, and not the severe type I was told. Spent thousands of dollars out of pocket because this “Medical Monopoly” is more interested in money than people’s health and well being…I would give zero stars but that’s not an option…

This past summer I had significant head trauma. Through this challenging experience, I was able to experience several departments of the Kalispell hospital system and I have to say, every single doctor I have worked with have been absolutely top notch. I was able to experience the ER, ICU, recovery room, Neurology, physiology, cardiology, and medical fitness center so I have interacted with a lot of people. This so called hospital, it the worst example of a hospital, I have ever seen. They are just here to collect a paycheck and go hiking or play golf. And don't really care about patient care. They changed there name,hoping that people will think that it will be different. Still run be the same parent company. Nothing has changed. You would be better going to Spokane Wa. Or anywhere else. This hospital sucks . Do not get hurt.
