I stayed here for 2 nights with my wife and had a great stay. Incredibly unique building and the staff were great. Its an older hotel so doesnt have the modern features but that was expected. It was very easy to walk to restaurants/bars/coffee shops. I would 100% stay at this hotel again when we come back.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, it was very small, but that would not deter me from staying there again. It’s old school with real keys. This hotel has been in business since 1912 and it has the charm and character you would expect. It’s right downtown, so restaurants and shopping are literally steps away! The Hotel is historic. It has been updated very well. It is on a main street so it can be a little noisy in the evenings. The lobby and main area is very beautiful. The staff was great. They serve breakfast and it was delicious. They make homemade baked oatmeal and an egg, potatoe, cheese quiche. It was a good value for our needs. It had a family suit with 2 rooms and 3 bed. 2 Queens and a king bed.

Stayed here for one night after arriving to Montana! It was a Saturday night, we arrived around 8pm. Upon arrival, we walked in and the woman working was on the computer facing the entrance and we didn’t get a single greeting. No “hello”, “welcome” or even eye contact. She remained on the computer for two minutes before acknowledging our presence. I noticed a few people have commented about poor experiences with the staff.. I now understand why.
