Drove 30 miles to place a small order with a few cuts. Was told they would call when it was ready. Waiting around for a few hours and then headed home empty handed after paying them over 600 dollars. I finally called back to check the order. "Oh, yes it's ready" she says, like no big deal. They lost us as a customer today, no big deal! And if you don't speak spanish communicating is difficult.

Proper metal terms need to be learned here, Prices are good, if you have a trailer to load with a big truck be ready to maneuver, park in reverse as its a tight spot and only one entrance w/exit unless you got good trailer skills, and as soon as you go in to the bay signal them to come or get off to hand ticket.
