I asked if they secured the oil cover on the bottom of the car. They did not. It flaps when driving.

Kalidy forgot to change the oil when we bought our Sorento last week. Paige from the service department told us to bring it in and it would be done. Additionally, she had the car washed, vacuumed, and tires rotated for no charge as well. Great experience.

Had an HVAC recall on our 2023 Kia Sorento done in late February. Month later our A/C goes out and the blower motor is burnt out. I take it to brakes plus, they fix it and mention to take the blown blower motor to the dealership to get reimbursed for what I paid them as they said it shouldn’t have gone out in that short amount of time after having the recall work done. I go there, service staff member takes the blower motor to wherever the manager is comes back by himself and tells me I have to call a 1800 # to see if I can ... read more

I'm sharing this in hopes to possibly bring awareness to the service advisors, and the customers that trust these advisors to do the jobs they are charging you to be done. I have a scar on my rim where we brushed a curb in NOLA on vacation in February of last year. I have taken my vehicle in to be serviced twice since and both times requested a tire rotation..
