Made an appt with service dept for 8am for diagnostic 2 weeks in advance. Got there this morning, was told diagnostic is backed up and it would take 2 days. Then they talked me into doing a recall and it will be ready by 2pm. 3:30pm, still no call. Call them and find they have not done 1 thing yet and no loaner. Im left without a vehicle. Im so sick of crappy service with the excuse of "short handed". Thats a Management problem, not a customer issue. I will pick ip my car with nothing done, never to return.
Terrible service. Lying personnel just to keep you around. Doesn’t worth even if it’s free. Got appointment at 12:30. They took my car at 12:30 and told me it will be 1.5 hrs oil change, washing and multipoint inspection. they started to work on the car at 14:15. They said car will be washed. At the end they didn’t wash and claimed that they never said that, after i insisted they said it was already late so they didn’t wash. I don’t even believe they did multipoint inspection. Don’t waste your time for this service!!!
Better service experience than the last.
Don’t take your vehicle to these penny-a-day workers. Had my sisters car for 6 WEEEEEKS. KEPT pushing her off and demanding more money. Something “new” would go wrong every day it seemed. Lies. Yall was breakin stuff or something cause ain’t no way. Yall called and said it was ready a week after and as soon as she said she had the money… suddenly “something else was wrong”.
