I had the worst experience of my life at this place. The hair stylist is named Stephanie she is the worse stylist I have ever been to!! My appt was at 9:30 am mind you u I drove an hour and half just to get my hair done with her and we didn’t leave until 7! To have my hair falling out every time she would brush through it and STILL KEPT doing it after seeing how much hair was coming out and her hiding all my hair in the trash so I wouldn’t notice. 5/5! By far the best haircut I’ve ever received. From the moment I walked in Ruben made sure I was taken care of. Offering me a water, before taking his time to understand what exactly I was wanting. He was very thorough, professional, and took his time. He is highly skilled at what he does, and I look forward to making him my barber. This was my first time at Kalibur, or seeing Ruben but I will 100% be back. Thanks again Ruben, keep up the great work!
