Kaliber and the people who run it are unethical. I worked for them for a couple weeks. I quickly realized it was not a good fit for me. They will text you at 11:30 at night for an early start time, which I feel is disrespectful. I made contact with the owner and let him know I found a different job that is a better fit. They lied and said I never gave notice. They have 10 business days through our Idaho State law to give me the money I worked hard for. We just used Kaliber Construction for a second time. The first time was a stairway and landing down to our home. Our properly is challenging as we live in the foothills on a sloping lot. They did amazing work the first time and we were blown away with their work on our second project too. On our second project, they created a multi leveled back patio and a new pad for a hot tub.
