Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms? Yes, they were bright and child-friendly Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments? No, they don't over-treat my child Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? Did the pediatrician ever make you feel like an inadequate parent? Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
