We've been in our new Kaleo Home for about two years now and there's not a day that goes by that I remember to thank Fred and his wife Jennifer for our beautiful, well built home. The owner and his team are amazing people. I was going through some difficulties in all areas of life. They were incredibly patient and helpful through out. They kept in touch and were never overbearing. Great price for what I got and 5+ star service. The owner knows his product, how to work with you and can get you where you want to be. I started to look at other builders, but quickly realized Kaleo was the only one I would end up working and buying with. Next house I will absolutely visit them first.

We have been so thrilled with our Kaleo home. Fred puts so much more thought into his builds than other builders in the area - looking at his homes vs. other builders made that apparent so quickly! We’ve had a few small warranty requests since moving in, and Fred and his team have handled them quickly and immediately. Cannot recommend Kaleo Homes enough!

We just purchased a new home from Kaleo Homes in College Station. We are from out of town San Antonio area. We knew what we were looking for and had spent all day looking. The house that we purchased from Kaleo Homes was one of the last stops that day.
