I ordered (by phone) an arrangement of 50 red roses for our golden anniversary. My wife and I, and some other members of my crazy fun family, picked them up the day before the big party. Not only was the arrangement spectacular, but Joey and the other folks at Kaleidoscope laughed and cut up with us so much it felt like a party before the party! These folks are professional, reliable, and FUN. What more could you ask for?

I placed an order for a colleague, and was not notified that they do not order in the area. I had to find out they were not delivered, and call. When I called, they said it shows cancelled on their end. Which is great for them, but proper customer service would have been to call or email advising me of the cancelled delivery. Not satisfied with their service at all.
