I hired them for a first deep cleaning with the plan to have them bi-weekly at my apartment. They started to change dates and times of appointment since the first appointment to check out the apartment. They kept doing this at all appointments, messing up my plans and making troubles at work (I can't just leave work unexpectedly, just because they decided to anticipate the appointment to 3 hours before what we have agreed since two weeks, and confirmed the day before, and then screwed up by them at 10 am of the same day!
