My son has been attending Kaleidoscope in Springfield,MA since they opened this location. He has been there for over a year and has improved dramatically. Lacey, Shawna and all staff are great! I was very hesitant at first but they made me feel very comfortable and are always very accommodating. My son never cries when I drop him off. As soon as we get to the center and he sees his favorite staff he grabs their hand and just waves goodbye to me ! That’s a huge sign of how good they treat and help him!
