The current staff at the Toms River location is exceptional. They consistently demonstrate genuine care for their work and show openness to feedback as a way to improve and grow. Their commitment to putting the needs of the children first has positively impacted the overall growth and development of every client served!
This place is terrible. All the good people besides like 2 people left. Would take the last 2 recent reviews posted with a grain of salt cause they’re BCBA students who are contracted with the company. Workers are ignored when concerns are brought up to management. Favoritism is blatant. Burnout here is REAL with the workers. There’s inconsistencies with following behavior plans. Also - it’s not that clean. No one actually cleans. The Toms River Center has a phenomenal team! They truly care about their clients, and they always want their clients to succeed! A very welcoming atmosphere!
