I would give 10 stars if I could! As an Autism mom I get very nervous with who I leave my son with and Everyone here is AMAZING! Bella and Abby GO ABOVE AND BEYOND Tom and Steph are also awesome. All of their communication skills with the parents are on point and everyone is patient and kind. I would recommend Kaleidoscope to anyone looking for ABA therapy services.
The current staff at the Toms River location is exceptional. They consistently demonstrate genuine care for their work and show openness to feedback as a way to improve and grow. Their commitment to putting the needs of the children first has positively impacted the overall growth and development of every client served!
This place is terrible. All the good people besides like 2 people left. Would take the last 2 recent reviews posted with a grain of salt cause they’re BCBA students who are contracted with the company. Workers are ignored when concerns are brought up to management. Favoritism is blatant. Burnout here is REAL with the workers. There’s inconsistencies with following behavior plans. Also - it’s not that clean. No one actually cleans. As a first time mom learning as i went i was hesitant scared and read every review so hoping this review lands in the right hands My son started here in January of 2025 it has been seven months since my son has been enrolled in kaleidoscope and I have had one of the most wonderful experiences each individual that works here is truly special !
