My experience with Kaleidoscope has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. On August 6, I made it clear that my son needed services for school. Since then, I have called every day trying to get answers, and I keep being told that the director, Melissa, is supposed to reach out to me. Since my son has started his ABA therapy he has made so much progress just within a short time period!! The staff is so great with him truly appreciate each and everyone that plays a role in my son’s development skills!!!
