Highly recommend going to see Serena at Kaleido! I moved from Houston to DFW 3 years ago and I still make the journey back to Serena every few months because I don’t trust anyone else with my hair! I’ve been going to Kaleido since Serena joined the team (since she’s the only one I trust to touch my hair since moving to TX in 2021) and both the studio AND Serena’s services are top notch. Shelby is my girl for extensions. I picked her because she is IBE certified and has work extensions and really knows her stuff. She is so thorough and my hair has never been healthier with extensions. I get them done every 12 weeks and they grow out so seamlessly.
I called Kaleido Hair because I was interested in booking an appointment and wanted to get more information before scheduling. Mariah answered every question I had with so much knowledge and patience. I hate to be this person but god damn I have been trying my best to get my hair to be healthier like ik ik but i went to do my hair dusting and ended up having shorter hair? Dusting doesnt affect the hair length and that was the service i booked for. But apparently i got something different Also i booked at 12 Why is the hairstylist rushing cz the other client at 12:45 knowing you were still half way through my hair and didnt even do the dusting that i wanted??? Im never going to a hair salon
