This doesn't resemble a health care facility. It's a single basement like room that doesn't even have a reception desk or permanent signage.
Positive experience here. Free parking and easy to find the testing which is immediately on the right when you walk into the hospital. Signed in and there was only one other person in the waiting area and I was called within 15 minutes. There were two people working. It's very efficient - you give them your paperwork and ID and insurance in one room and then go get labs drawn without having to be in the clinical area too long ahead of time. Very friendly nurses.
Way to have patient care. Yes I was upset. I came in to have my 14 year old daughter’s bloodwork done which had to be done in a certain timeframe for her surgery (we have waited for 6 months for this surgery ) in 4 days. I went to another location on Union who only had 1 staff member there I checked in at 3:45 and they closed at 4 she took my daughter but did not have the tube needed for the one lab.
