Unprofessional, careless, not thorough at all. Didn’t submit the correct tests, had to go back a month later. The woman was very rude and didn’t care when telling her that I just came from the doctor because they didn’t do the correct test the first time. She just said “too bad come back another day, we stop taking patients at 2:45” while she pointed to the sign. I guess there’s a reason they’re never busy but Quest always is. Good workers are really hard to find.
Went there as a Canadian. No issues most painless draw. No unexpected nonsense.
I have used this facility before they moved to new building, the ladies are fantastic! Never had a bad experience with either of them, highly recommended.
